Our Story & Mission

It started with a scruffy rescue named Biscuit.

In 2019, our founder Karen adopted a wary three-legged terrier from a shelter. Finding a sitter Biscuit actually trusted took weeks of searching, three awkward meet-and-greets, and one truly unforgettable bath gone wrong.

It shouldn't be this hard, she thought. Pet care is personal — it's your family, your routines, your stranger-shy senior cat. So she started Fyfyslove: a calmer, kinder place to find people and products you can actually trust your pet with.

Today we're a small team of pet parents, vets, trainers, and engineers. Biscuit napped his way through every investor meeting. He's our first, most important customer.
